Flight of Time

Flight of Time demonstrates David’s musical dexterity through vocal and instrumental performances and arrangements. With carefully selected musicians to support him, this cd includes traditional and contemporary ballads, instrumental and vocal pieces from Brittainy and the French and Spanish Renaissance, and three beautiful waltzs. David’s array of instruments include the full range of recorders, tenor-treble and baritone concertinas, bombardes, gemshorn, penny whistles(including the haunting low D whistle), and several “early wind” instruments. With the addition of piano, bouzouki mandolin, guitar, percussion, and ‘cello, this recording moves effortlessly from one genre to another, with intricate arrangements and obvious attention to detail.
